开展时间:2019年 From 2012 to 2016, a special archaeological team of the Institute of Archaeology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the professionals of the Institute of Archaeology, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan jointly carried out five archaeological excavations of Mingtape site and obtained important archaeological data. The site is the largest ancient city in the Fergana Valley around BC, and it is of great significance in the ancient urbanization in Central Asia. This excavation provides important materials for exploring the urban development, tomb form and cultural customs in the ancient Fergana Valley. Over the past five years of China- Uzbekistan cooperation, more and more foreign scholars have recognized the working ideas, working methods and exploration techniques of Chinese archaeological team. The archaeological work and achievements of the Mingtape site have set a role model for archaeology cooperation in Central Asia.
